Introduction:
The machine is developed for grinding excircle, inner hole andaxial end surface. It can be used in production in batches anddifferent industry for machine process, keeping high precision,high rigidity, high efficiency, easy operation in grinding, and ithas advanced structure, beautiful shape.
Featurers:
The longitudinal traverse of worktable has hydraulic pressureand manual handle, Grinding Carriage and lathe-hedd can rotate, thegrinding wheel can be rotated 180 degree for grinding inner bore,cylindrical grinding wheel adopts 400*40*203, which is able toimprove efficiency of grinding and endurable limit of grindingwheel. The lathe-hedd can be turned, grinding wheel realizes minimfeed, and hydraulic system adopts part of import gear pump, keepingstabilization in oil feed, low noise, to-and-fro of worktablehydraulic, supplying with dithering device to carry out frequentexchange function of small space so that it improves the surfacequality of cut-in grinding workpiece.
